What file types can I use?+
PDFs, photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC), and any PDF or photo in your Google Drive. More formats coming soon — reply to your welcome email and tell us what you want next.
Is my data private?+
Yes. Your documents are stored securely and we never use them to train AI models. You can delete your files anytime.
What's the page limit?+
Free accounts can upload one document — a PDF up to 25 pages, or a single photo. Pro accounts unlock unlimited documents up to 100 pages each.
How accurate are the answers?+
Answers are cited directly from your document text. We show you exactly which page each claim comes from so you can verify. Always double-check important decisions.
Can I cancel anytime?+
Yes. No contracts, no commitment. Cancel your Pro subscription anytime and you'll keep access until the end of your billing period.
Do you store my files?+
Yes, your files are stored encrypted in our European data center so you can access them across sessions. You can delete any file anytime.
What languages are supported?+
PaperTalk works with most major languages — anything our AI model can read. English, Spanish, French, German, Chinese, Japanese, and many more.
Is there an API?+
Not yet — but it's on the roadmap. Let us know if you'd use one.
Can I chat with multiple documents at once?+
Not yet. Each chat is focused on a single document for accuracy. Multi-document support is coming.
What if my document is a scan or a photo of a page?+
PaperTalk reads scanned PDFs and photos using AI vision — handwritten notes, textbook pages, receipts, even menus in foreign languages. If the text is readable to a human eye, PaperTalk can chat about it.
